1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Openclaw Setup Pro's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Openclaw Setup Pro provides professional installation and configuration services for Openclaw (formerly Clawdbot), an open-source personal AI assistant. Our services include:

  • Server setup and configuration
  • Openclaw installation and configuration
  • Messaging platform integration
  • Custom skills setup (depending on plan)
  • Technical support (as specified in your plan)

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

  • Professional: $2,449 one-time fee
  • Business: $9,959 one-time fee
  • Singularity: $24,959 one-time fee

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Payment is required in full before service delivery begins
  • Prices are in USD and do not include any applicable taxes

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before service begins: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if setup has not started
  • After service begins: If we are unable to complete your setup due to technical limitations on our end, we will provide a full refund
  • Completed services: No refunds are available once setup is successfully completed and verified

5. Service Delivery

  • Setup is typically completed within 24-48 hours of scheduled appointment
  • You are responsible for providing necessary access and credentials
  • We require remote access to your system or VPS during setup
  • Service completion is confirmed via email

6. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials and API keys
  • Comply with Anthropic's usage policies for Claude API
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Be responsible for any API costs from Anthropic or other providers
  • Be responsible for any VPS or hosting costs

7. Intellectual Property

Openclaw is open-source software maintained by its respective developers. We do not claim ownership of Openclaw. Openclaw Setup Pro is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with openclaw.ai. Our service is the setup and configuration expertise we provide. Any custom configurations created during setup remain yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for API costs, server costs, or third-party service fees
  • We are not liable for any data loss during setup (though we take precautions)
  • We are not responsible for the ongoing operation of Openclaw after setup completion

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted operation of Openclaw after setup
  • Compatibility with future software updates
  • Specific results or outcomes from using Openclaw

10. Support

  • Professional: Priority support for 30 days after setup
  • Business: Priority support for 60 days after setup
  • Singularity: 90-day dedicated support with ongoing optimization

Support is limited to issues directly related to our setup service. General Openclaw usage questions should be directed to the Openclaw community.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion, including for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Abusive or threatening behavior
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email if you are an existing customer.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
